- 01
Snap, scan or say
Take a photo of your plate, scan a barcode or a nutrition label, or describe your meal by voice or text.
- 02
Check the breakdown
Every ingredient gets its own portion, calories and confidence. Tap a line to fix it, or tell the AI what to change.
- 03
Log it and keep going
Calories, protein, carbs and fat update instantly. Toasty celebrates the habit, never the scale.
Everything in one place
Built for real meals and real days
Logging should take seconds and tell you the truth. Here is what Calorix 2.0 brings to your iPhone.
-
AI photo scan you can edit

-
Barcode and nutrition labels
Packaged food? Scan the barcode, or snap the nutrition facts label to log the exact numbers.
-
Voice and text logging
Say "two eggs, toast with butter and a flat white" and it is logged. Handy when your hands are full.
-
Intermittent fasting
Choose 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or one meal a day. Timer, reminders and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen. Toasty naps while you fast.
-
Water tracking
Add a glass in one tap from the app or a widget, with a daily goal based on your body weight.
-
Challenges and streaks with Toasty
Daily and weekly challenges earn coins for Toasty’s outfits. Streak freezes are earned, never sold.

English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, العربية and more. The AI answers in your language.
Honest numbers
AI estimates can be off. Calorix shows you where.
In a preliminary NIH study presented in July 2026, four popular tracking apps underestimated the calories in 102 weighed meals by about 250 to 345 kcal, roughly a third, and missed the most in high-fat meals. No app is perfect, so Calorix makes the estimate easy to inspect and quick to correct.

-
A confidence badge per ingredient
Every ingredient is listed with its own portion and a confidence badge.
-
Notes it takes into account
Add a note like "cooked in butter" or "half portion" and the estimate takes it into account.
-
Fixed in seconds
Fix anything in seconds: change the grams, remove an item or tell the AI "no rice, add two eggs".
-
Totals that add up
Totals are always recalculated from the ingredients, so the math adds up.
